This Content Creator Registration, Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all registrations, fees, cancellations, and refund requests for the National Reels & Short Film Competition 2026, organised by Humanity First Software Technology Pvt. Ltd. in association with Bharat Family Legacy Preservation Foundation.
1. Registration Fee
- The registration fee for the competition shall be as displayed on the official registration portal at the time of registration.
- Registration will be confirmed upon successful receipt of payment and completion of the registration process.
- The registration fee covers participation in the competition and the benefits explicitly stated on the official website.
- Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration details.
2. Refund Policy
- The registration fee is generally non-refundable, as it covers registration, administration, digital resources, and related services.
- Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payment, verified payment-processing errors, or cancellation of the competition by the organiser.
- Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment gateway procedures and applicable timelines.
- Where the competition is cancelled by the organiser, the organiser will communicate the applicable refund or alternative arrangements to registered participants.
3. Cancellation and Withdrawal
- Participants may withdraw from the competition by notifying the organiser through the official contact channel.
- Withdrawal or non-submission of an entry does not ordinarily entitle a participant to a refund.
- The organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate competition rules, intellectual property rights, consent requirements, or applicable law. Such disqualification does not ordinarily entitle the participant to a refund.
- The organiser may cancel or modify the competition schedule, format, or activities when reasonably necessary, with appropriate communication to participants.
4. Acceptance of Policy
By completing registration and making payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this Registration, Refund & Cancellation Policy and the competition's published terms and conditions.
5. How to Submit a Refund or Payment Inquiry
If you experience duplicate debits or a verified gateway error, you can submit an inquiry to our dedicated accounts desk using the following simple steps:

Automated Helpdesk Logging & Tracking
You will receive an automated ticket confirmation with a tracking reference number for full transparency.
6. Response Times & Refund Processing Timelines
We adhere to strict operational response and fulfillment standards:
- Initial Response & Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours of ticket submission.
- Gateway & Bank Log Verification: Within 24 to 48 business hours, our finance desk reconciles the transaction with Cashfree Payments logs.
- Refund Initiation: Once verified, any approved refund is initiated immediately via Cashfree Payments.
- Credit to Your Account (Original Payment Method): Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source of payment (originating bank account, UPI VPA, or card) within 5 to 7 standard business days, subject to payment gateway procedures and issuing bank clearing cycles.

Jurisdiction Clause: All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the National Reels & Short Film Competition 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Sangli, Maharashtra, India. All participants, upon registration, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts. This clause shall be governed by the laws of India.
