- Submission data: Film title, description, video URL, thumbnail, credits, names of people appearing, and consent declarations.
- Communication preferences: Email and WhatsApp consent.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process your registration and confirm your participation in the Competition.
- To verify payment and deliver your Creator Kit.
- To communicate competition updates, deadlines, and notifications via email and WhatsApp (where you have consented).
- To manage the judging and shortlisting process.
- To issue certificates and recognitions.
- To maintain competition records and audit logs for legal compliance.
- To improve our website and competition processes.
3. Data Sharing
- We share your data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to run the Competition: payment gateway (Cashfree), email service (Resend), and WhatsApp messaging provider.

- Jury members will have access to your submitted film but not your contact details.

We retain your personal data for a period of three years after the conclusion of the Competition, after which it is securely deleted unless legal obligations require longer retention.
